Description:
An International Corporate Law Firm is seeking a senior associate with at least five years of
real estate litigation experience to join our New York office. The ideal
candidate will have extensive commercial real estate litigation
experience and also corporate litigation experience, including
preparation of pleadings and dispositive motions, drafting injunction
papers, e-discovery, discovery disputes, as well as taking and defending
depositions. Bars in both New York and New Jersey are required. The
ideal candidate also will have extensive experience litigating in state
and federal courts (New York and/or New Jersey preferred). Candidate
should have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research
skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.
