Allen Matkins is seeking a litigation associate with 4 - 6 years of experience in business and commercial litigation for our New York office. Ideal candidates will have:- Significant responsibility in litigating in state and federal courts and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, briefs, motion practice, handling discovery, and case management.
- Experience with depositions, oral argument, and trial/arbitration preparation.
- Outstanding oral and written advocacy and communication skills.
- A high level of academic achievement.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $280,000 to $350,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
