Description:
The firm is seeking a 5-8 year Litigation Associate in its South Carolina office, located minutes from downtown Charleston. Candidates should have 5-8 years of mass tort litigation experience along with strong writing, analytical, and writing skills, and substantial experience taking depositions, developing liability, working with experts, interfacing with clients, and managing aspects of mass tort litigation. The position will require significant travel.Applicants for this position must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an Accredited School of Law and possess an active license in good standing with the State of South Carolina Those not licensed in South Carolina could be considered for the position but would be required to gain admission to the South Carolina Bar in order to maintain employment.
