Litigation Associate for civil, primarily defense, practice. Associate attorney would report to managing Member and be responsible for day to day requirements of litigated matters and preparation of legal opinions. Associates are responsible for client interaction, case analysis, discovery planning and drafting (with the assistance of paralegals), motions drafting, depositions, court appearances and trials. The level of responsibility given depends on the associates level of skill and experience.
