Hanaway Ross, an esteemed law firm based in Green Bay, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team of knowledgeable and experienced attorneys. As a leading law firm practicing in various areas of law, including but not limited to, Corporate Law, Family Law, Litigation, Municipal Law, Probate and Estate Planning, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

We are looking to add a highly motivated associate to our Civil Litigation team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • 3 – 5 years' experience in Civil Litigation, experience in other areas of practice would be considered as well.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Admission or eligibility for admission to practice in the State of Wisconsin
