Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a nationally respected law firm honored by U.S. News as one of the “Best Companies to Work For – Law Firms,” is seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Associate to join our growing Labor & Employment team in Dallas.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, forward-thinking group of professionals at a firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. Our Dallas office is expanding, and we're looking for an attorney ready to build a long-term career in employment litigation with a nationally recognized team.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and handle oral arguments in state and federal courts
- Lead cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout

Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA approved Law School
- Admittance in Texas
- A minimum of 3+ years of employment or general liability litigation experience
- Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
