Description:
Litigation Associate with 4 to 6 years of complex commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of trial preparation, the ability to work independently and manage cases, excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court and/or clerkship experience. Experience preparing federal and state court filings, handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery and motions is required. Insurance coverage experience considered a plus. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Texas.
