Based in Atlanta, with additional offices in Dallas, Chicago, New York, Orange County, Sacramento, and San Diego, MHS has a strong presence across major U.S. cities, providing its attorneys with robust professional development and career growth opportunities.

MHS is seeking a junior associate to join the firm's Sacramento office, which primarily handles wage and hour class actions. In addition to exposure to wage and hour class actions, junior associates generally have the opportunity to work on other labor and employment matters as well, including single plaintiff cases, labor matters, and administrative agency matters.

MHS offers a competitive benefits package that includes:
  • Competitive salary range, commensurate with experience.
  • Discretionary year-end bonus.
  • New business origination bonuses.

Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 depending on experience.
