Description:
We are currently seeking Associate candidates with two to five years of experience to work in our Litigation Department. This position is based in our Boston, Massachusetts office.The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work professionally with clients and other AP&S team members.
- Understanding of federal and state court rules and practice.
- Experience researching and drafting memoranda and briefs.
- Experience handling discovery responses, requests, and disputes in complex matters.
- Ability to research and learn new substantive legal topics.
- Superior time management and organization skills.
Requirements:
- Juris doctor and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts
