Job Description:Miles & Stockbridge, an Am Law 200 firm with deep roots in the mid-Atlantic, is looking for a talented junior associate to join its commercial litigation team in Baltimore. This role is for a lawyer who wants real responsibility early, meaningful work on complex disputes, and the support of a collaborative team.

Job Requirements:
What you bring:
- At least one year of litigation experience at a law firm
- A strong academic record
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including persuasive, polished legal writing
- Diligence, attention to detail, and the judgment to work independently and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ambition and drive, together with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork
- Federal or state appellate clerkship experience is a plus
