Description:

About You:
You are a sharp, motivated litigation attorney with strong fundamentals and meaningful hands-on experience and business acumen. You are comfortable navigating complex disputes, managing active matters, and working directly with clients. You've likely clerked for a Judge and know how courts actually operate—not just how cases look on paper.

You're looking for a Firm where you can harness your litigation skills, gain real responsibility, and be trusted to exercise judgment, not just execute tasks.

Areas of Litigation Practice
  • Represent businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial and employment related litigation disputes in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
  • Handle disputes involving shareholder, member, and partnership conflicts.
  • Litigate restrictive covenant matters, including non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality, and trade secret disputes.
  • Handle disputes involving data breaches, privacy issues, and technology-related claims.
  • Litigate intellectual property matters, including trademark, trade dress, copyright, and unfair competition claims (both before administrative bodies and in court).
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs; conduct depositions; argue motions; and assist with hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Serve as a direct point of contact for clients on assigned matters and contribute to overall litigation strategy.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial, employment, or complex business disputes.
  • Prior judicial clerkship experience preferred.
  • Admitted to practice in New Jersey
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience managing discovery, motion practice, and client communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
  • You'll Thrive Here If You Are:
  • Comfortable taking ownership of cases and thinking strategically about outcomes.
  • Court-savvy, detail-oriented, and confident in your litigation instincts.
  • A clear communicator who can translate complex legal issues into practical advice for clients.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded and collaborative, with a desire to grow alongside and within the Firm.
  • Interested in building long-term client relationships while sharpening your litigation craft.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure
  • 401(k) with company match up to 4%
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off with genuine flexibility and autonomy
  • Early and substantive responsibility, including direct client exposure
  • Structured mentorship and professional development
  • A collaborative culture that values initiative, judgment, and high-quality work
