We are seeking a Litigation Associate who is looking for meaningful responsibility, complex litigation, and real trial opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Our associates are trusted with substantive responsibilities from the outset and play an active role in every stage of the litigation process. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend and argue hearings in state and federal court
- Work directly with sophisticated insurance adjusters, in-house counsel, and corporate clients
- Develop litigation strategy on complex, high-exposure matters alongside experienced trial attorneys
- Draft case evaluations, dispositive motions, and other substantive pleadings
- Gain hands-on courtroom experience—we try dozens of cases every year
- Travel nationwide to handle interesting cases
- Catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims
- Product liability and tort cases
