Anderson, Coe & King, LLP has an immediate opening for an attorney with up to three years litigation and/or judicial clerkship experience.Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in Law, with demonstrated experience or coursework in civil litigation and trial practice.
- Proficiency in drafting and arguing Motions, including dispositive motions, discovery motions, and procedural applications.
- Excellent legal Research skills, including case law, statutes, regulations, and industry-specific issues.
- Familiarity with state and federal Courts, including local rules, filing procedures, and courtroom practice in Maryland.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to, or eligibility for prompt admission to, the Maryland Bar.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present complex issues clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High ethical standards, sound professional judgment, and a client-focused mindset.
- Prior litigation experience (e.g., clerkship, internships, or law firm practice) is required.

In compliance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Act, the annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00-$110,000.00. Anderson, Coe & King offers comprehensive benefit package include medical, dental and vision insurance plan options, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and paid leave.
The work environment is informal and collegial. We recognize the value of workplace flexibility and offer a hybrid schedule after an introductory period, including the opportunity to work remotely 1–2 days per week.
