This practice covers diverse areas: complex civil litigation, securities, environmental, energy, real estate and intellectual property. The group handles sophisticated matters ranging from cutting-edge litigation, the development of utility-scale renewables (e.g., solar, wind, battery) and mixed-use real estate projects, complex regulatory matters, and enforcement defense, to corporate transactions. Ideal candidates will have excellent research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials and experience in some or all of the aforementioned practice areas. Prior judicial clerkship experience preferred.
