We are seeking candidates with four to five years of post-JD experience to join our practice in Boston, New York, San Francisco or Palo Alto.Qualified Candidates Will Have Experience in the Following Areas:
- Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts, managing the discovery process and teams, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
- Talented strategic thinker.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
- California state court experience.
- Class action experience.
- Large and significant discovery cases including massive document production cases.
- Advising clients on complex data systems including preservation, data dictionaries, etc., complex privilege analyses, TAR and other technological solutions.
- Negotiations, meeting and conferring with opposing counsel.

- Juris Doctor
- Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
