An Experienced Regional Law Firm is seeking Litigation Associates to join our civil and administrative litigation teams. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of litigation experience, preferably in one or more of the following disciplines: OSHA/MSHA defense; commercial and personal civil litigation; estate/fiduciary defense or employment law defense. Experience in administrative proceedings also a plus.

These positions involve all aspects of trial and case development, including the drafting of pleadings, pre-trial discovery, witness development and preparation, legal research, brief writing, motions practice, and participating in trials. Successful candidates can expect significant courtroom experience and client contact; the OSHA litigation team includes nationwide practice with travel opportunities.
