Jellum Law, P.A., a banking and financial services law firm serving clients locally, regionally, and nationally, seeks a highly motivated associate attorney. The attorney will be a member of our litigation team focusing on the enforcement of loan documents, foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcies, and all aspects of state and federal court litigation.The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in the State of Minnesota, and prior experience working with financial institutions in enforcement of loan documents, foreclosure, collections, landlord/tenant matters, and all aspects of civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and/or bankruptcy courts. They should have strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to manage a large, multi-faceted, and fast paced workload. They should possess the ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as under the guidance of others. Candidates without such experience, but with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
