The Position: Litigation Associate AttorneyA Law Firm that Guiding Insurance Companies and Their Insureds Is Seeking a Defense Litigation Associate to Work in Its Palm Beach Gardens Office. the Candidate Should Have 2-4 Years of Insurance Defense Experience, Including Conducting Depositions and Attending Court Appearances. Job Responsibilities Include Independent Case Management, Conducting Depositions and Discovery, Drafting Pleadings and Motions, Research and Analysis, Client Reporting, Time Entry, and Appearances at Case Management Conferences, Mediations and Pre-Trial Settlement Conferences.
The Successful Candidate Must Be a Well-Organized Self-Starter and Able to Manage Tasks and Deadlines Independently, While Keeping Key Stakeholders Informed of Case Status. Requirements:
- 2-4 Years of Insurance Defense Litigation Experience
- Jd from An Accredited University
- Strong Communication, Writing, and Research Skills
- Admitted in The State of Florida
Additional Consideration Will Be Given to Candidates with Experience in Professional Negligence, Medical Malpractice, And/or Construction Litigation.
