Brackett & Ellis, P.C., a well-established law firm based in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including general negligence, transportation and trucking litigation, premises liability, insurance defense, and contract disputes.We are looking for a motivated attorney with 1–5 years of litigation experience, a strong academic record, and exceptional research and writing abilities.

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas (required)
- 1–5 years of litigation experience (experience in employment law or insurance defense is a plus)
