Description:
About the role:Carson litigation Associates actively participate in all aspects of the Firm's litigation matters. They handle routine tasks like discovery and document review, sure. But we place a focus on developing well-rounded litigators. Our litigation Associates are involved in each case from its infancy, from the initial referral through trial. They work with us to develop case strategy and—rather than then sitting on the sidelines—work with us to implement that strategy. From taking depositions and attending mediations, to drafting complex motions and actively participating at trial, our litigation Associates are involved every step of the way.
