Description:
Bloomington law firm seeks applications for a litigation associate attorney position, with a desire to litigate in the areas of civil rights/government liability defense, personal injury, property damage, and product liability defense, employment, and/or land use. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with government entities and the ability to develop motion, appellate, and trial practice from the start. Remote access available as needed.Job duties include legal research, discovery practice, trial preparation and assistance, motion and appellate practice in state and federal court. Applicant must have excellent communication, writing, research, and computer skills. Salary dependent on qualifications.
