The Sacramento Office of A Defense Law Firm, a dynamic 55+ year statewide civil litigation firm with a primary focus on medical malpractice, general liability defense, and administrative law seeks an experienced litigation attorney. We are looking for someone with a minimum 7+ years' experience (including 3 years' minimum experience in medical malpractice and/or administrative law and 4 years' minimum litigation experience) who can assist with our medical malpractice, elder abuse, wrongful death, and/or administrative law matters. Administrative experience is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate would have the required 4 years' minimum trial and/or administration hearing experience. The successful candidate should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who can work both independently and in a team environment, as well as someone who wants the responsibility and challenge of litigation. All candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of California.
