Galloway, Lucchese, Picchi & Austin, a prominent litigation defense firm, seeks a Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years' experience. Job responsibilities will include all phases of litigation including:

Discovery
Law and Motion
Depositions
Court Appearances
Drafting of Client Reports
Medical Record Reviews
Meeting with Experts
Trial Preparation
Trial Assistance

Previous experience in insurance defense a plus. Desirous attributes include strong communication skills (written and oral), superior legal acumen, independent thinking, the ability to manage a large and complex caseload while being an effective team player, and capable of driving cases forward. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
