Description:
Intellectual property law firm is seeking a litigation associate attorney, preferably with 2-4 years of experience. Cases include IP infringement litigation and general commercial litigation, as well as TTAB trademark proceedings. Prior experience with intellectual property litigation preferred but not required. Federal court litigation experience is strongly preferred.Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
