The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be an integral part of our litigation team, handling litigated matters from inception through resolution. You will have a clear path for advancement and the opportunity to develop significant courtroom and client management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including handling depositions and court appearances.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Provide timely and strategic counsel to clients.
  • Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in an active litigation practice.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Colorado law license in good standing.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

Preferred:
  • Experience handling cases involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, or bad faith claims.
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of humor to contribute to our team culture.
