The Opportunity:In this role, you will be an integral part of our litigation team, handling litigated matters from inception through resolution. You will have a clear path for advancement and the opportunity to develop significant courtroom and client management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload, including handling depositions and court appearances.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Provide timely and strategic counsel to clients.
- Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in an active litigation practice.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Colorado law license in good standing.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
Preferred:
- Experience handling cases involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, or bad faith claims.
- A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong sense of humor to contribute to our team culture.
