We are seeking a talented and driven Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our nationally recognized Accounting Defense practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners in the accounting defense space, representing the world's premier accounting firms, public company issuers, directors, and officers in some of the most complex and consequential matters in the country. You will play a meaningful role in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement proceedings with a particular focus on matters before the SEC, PCAOB, and DOJ. Our cases span global markets and involve sophisticated counterparties — including federal regulators, bankruptcy trustees, shareholders, and noteholders — demanding the highest levels of legal acumen and strategic thinking. Additionally, our team is consistently recognized by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 as a leader in this space — a testament to the caliber of our work and the quality of our attorneys.Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
We are looking for:
- Hands-on experience in litigation, arbitration, or regulatory matters
- Prior experience in defending accountants or experience as an auditor is a plus
- A strong academic background
- Elite law firm experience is strongly preferred
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Prior clerkship experience is preferred but not a requirement
