We are a mid-sized creditors' rights law firm seeking a Licensed Attorney with one to two years of experience who is eager to learn and who is capable of taking responsibility for handling cases for our banking clients in both federal and state court. The successful candidate will also support our Subchapter V Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustee litigation practice.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
- Basic knowledge of legal practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast- paced environment
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office 365
Schedule may be flexible within normal office hours Mon – Friday. Small Law Firm environment, we have a great team and are looking for a candidate who mirror our goals and values. Ongoing training and development will be provided. The starting annual salary range is $85,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience.
