Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP – a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Miami office in our Liability practice group. This dynamic team handles the defense of liability claims at all stages, including pre-suit analysis and litigation.We offer a competitive compensation package and robust benefits. Base salary plus non-discretionary bonuses available up to $36k per year.
Butler offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office work.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
- A minimum of five years of experience in defense of premises liability claims or similar types of negligence who is eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.
- Exceptional writing analytical and oral advocacy skills

- The ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively
- Experience defending liability claims in litigation, including, but not limited to, discovery, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations, etc.
