Responsibilities:
Avagyan Law Firm is hiring a driven Lemon Law Attorney to represent consumers against automobile manufacturers and dealerships.
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation Lemon Law matters
- Advocate aggressively for clients and maximize case results
- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and manufacturers
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license
- 2+ years of plaintiff-side Lemon Law experience
- Strong knowledge of the California Song-Beverly Act
- Lemon Law litigation experience required
- Strong negotiation, research, and writing skills
- Ability to manage cases independently
