Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lemon Law Attorney to join our team.
This role involves managing a caseload from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage Lemon Law cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct detailed analysis of repair orders, warranties, and manufacturer communications.
- Draft and review demand letters, settlement agreements, discovery responses, and pleadings.
- Negotiate aggressively with defense counsel and manufacturers to obtain optimal outcomes.
- Prepare for arbitration, mediation, and trial as needed.
- Maintain timely, clear communication with clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Collaborate with litigation support staff and supervise paralegals in document preparation and case organization.
- Stay updated on evolving case law, consumer protection trends, and statutory changes.
Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
- 2–5 years of Lemon Law experience
- Knowledge of Russian Language is preferred
