About the role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lemon Law Attorney to join our team immediately. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have experience handling consumer protection or lemon law cases and be comfortable managing cases from intake through resolution.
Compensation & Bonus
- Competitive base salary based on experience
- Performance-based bonus structure available after 90 days, tied to productivity, case outcomes, and overall performance
Responsibilities:
- Handle lemon law cases from inception through settlement or trial
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and manufacturers
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of litigation experience (lemon law or consumer protection preferred)
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act)
- Trial experience is a plus
- Plaintiff-side experience
