Quill & Arrow is one of California's largest and most prominent Lemon Law firms, known fordelivering exceptional results and turning ambitious junior attorneys into formidable arbitration advocates. We are seeking a driven Lemon Law Arbitration Attorney who is eager to step off the sidelines, take true case ownership, and accelerate their legal career alongside top arbitration attorneys and Managing Partners.

What You'll Do:

Lead Arbitration Hearings: Present and argue cases directly before arbitrators, including opening statements, witness examination, and closing arguments, with direct coaching and real-time feedback from senior attorneys.
Master Arbitration Procedure & Motion Practice: Draft and argue arbitration demands, pre-hearing briefs, and dispositive motions while building a deep mastery of AA, JAMS, and manufacturer-specific Lemon Law arbitration rules (including BBB AUTO LINE and similar programs).
Manage Discovery & Case Preparation: Gather and organize evidence, take and defend depositions where permitted, and prepare witnesses and exhibits for arbitration hearings and mediations.
Build Winning Case Strategies: Conduct high-level legal analysis and collaborate directly with senior attorneys and Managing Partners to chart arbitration strategy from case intake to final award.
Drive Case Ownership: Manage a dynamic caseload of Lemon Law arbitration matters with increasing autonomy, precision, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:
Required:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
At least 1 year of civil litigation and/or arbitration experience
Fierce passion for arbitration advocacy, case strategy, and growing into a skilled arbitration attorney
Strong legal writing, analytical thinking, and oral advocacy skills
High energy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Familiarity or experience with Lemon Law / consumer protection matters, particularly in arbitration forums such as AAA, JAMS, or BBB AUTO LINE
Prior experience with arbitration hearings, mediations, or other ADR proceedings Mentorship, Elite Training & Rapid Growth
