Gilman & Bedigian, LLC is seeking an experienced, full-time Legal Writer to join our Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice team. Position Overview:
The Legal Writer will play a critical role in supporting complex litigation matters from inception through appeal. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple assignments while maintaining exceptional writing standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth legal research
Draft pleadings
Prepare discovery motions, dispositive motions, and post-trial motions
Draft appellate briefs and related filings
Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategy
Maintain organized case files and meet strict deadlines

Qualifications:

Must be licensed to practice law
Prior experience in a Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice law firm required
Exceptional legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Neos preferred
