Description:
Our rapidly-growing law practice is seeking a CA licensed attorney to join our team as a full-time legal intake specialist! You'll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry. We'll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. - Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria in collaboration with the firm's attorneys.
- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
- Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
- Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
Qualifications:
- Previous legal intake experience required.
- Licensed attorney in California.
- CRM and case management software experience a plus
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor's degree is desired
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
Compensation:
$100,000 + Bonus
