Overview:
Veritas Veterinary Partners, a leading and growing network of specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals, seeks to build its team with the addition of legal expertise to its corporate team. Veritas is built on a commitment to exceptional care and fostering opportunity for veterinary professionals within a collaborative, values-driven culture. Veritas serves over 100,000 pets annually at its 14 locations.
Contract Negotiation & Management
- How do you approach negotiating vendor contracts in a multi-state healthcare or veterinary setting?
- What's your process for ensuring contracts comply with state-specific regulations?
- How do you manage revisions and updates to employment agreements, NDAs, and service contracts?
Employment Law & Compliance
- How have you handled employment law issues across states like CA, NY, NJ, CO, and NV?
- Can you share an example of resolving a complex employee relations issue or investigation?
- What methods do you use to stay ahead of regulatory changes and update internal policies?
Strategic Legal Support
- How do you align legal strategy with business objectives in a growing organization?

Schedule:
General schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, adaptive to the needs of the business
Salary:
Annual salary of $160,000 to $225,000 plus a bonus, based on experience

Base Pay
$160,000 - $225,000 USD
