As the Legal Counsel, you are responsible for providing legal support to the Razer business housed in our Irvine office, to support its long-term business goals and objectives, consistent with the legal strategy of the parent company. This position requires both seasoned business and legal judgment while serving as a member of the regional legal team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, analyze, negotiate and complete complex commercial transactions with the firm's enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the Product, Sales and Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Human Resources, and Finance teams to achieve key business objectives.
- Work with stakeholders on data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.
- Assist with creating, optimizing, and implementing processes and policies.
- Provide training to the company on relevant legal topics.
- Handle commercial contract disputes.
- Working knowledge of AI enterprise models being integrated in workflow.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 4+ years of experience gained in combination law firms and in-house with a technology / consumer electronics company (should have some in-house experience).
- Strong background in all facets of contract and commercial law is required, and exposure to consumer technology business is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to effectively negotiate legal and financial/commercial issues.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across all business units.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Familiarity with basic AI integration into work product.
- Experience handling litigation and/or IP related matters is a plus.
Education/Experience:
J.D. degree from an accredited United States law school.

$81,115.00 - $135,192.00 (per annum)
