Description:
We have an opportunity for an exceptional legal counsel to join our growing team. This person needs to be passionate about our mission to support the business team in negotiating and successfully finalizing the Company's agreements, with an emphasis on the Company's sales agreements. We are looking for someone who understands SaaS B2B enterprise contract negotiation, can provide day-to-day legal advice, and can support strategic collaboration agreements.

What You'll Do:
As part of the Global Legal Team, you will support the Company's business team in leading negotiations of commercial agreements and provide the business team with day-to-day legal advice. You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including synchronizing input from stakeholders, and attending negotiation calls. You will advise and work alongside employees in all Company divisions around the globe.

Requirements:
You'll do it using:
  • At least 8 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a leading law firm or in a legal department of a high-tech company.
  • Experience in negotiating Enterprise B2B SaaS commercial transactions.
  • Commercial acumen, business orientation.
  • Privacy-related experience or financial institutions experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate on a peer-to-peer level with senior executives and business teams.
