Description:

The Legal Counsel will serve under the general oversight of the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer. This position involves advising on a broad range of legal matters, including contracts, litigation, intellectual property, labor and employment, real estate, dispute resolution, privacy and data security, and immigration. (It's not required that candidates have experience in all of these areas.) You'll work directly with all departments within the organization.

Qualifications:

You have a J.D. from an accredited law school and a strong academic background.
You are a member in good standing with the California Bar (or eligible for in-house counsel registration).
A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably with law firm experience.
