Your Role:
  • Drafts and negotiates contracts and agreements with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensures employee awareness of Company policies and procedures.
  • Provides legal advice to regional management as part of the implementation of strategic processes and practices within the framework of the Company's activities.
  • Secures compliance with state and federal laws, regulations and rules while managing risk and protecting the Company from liability and claims arising from contracts or commercial transactions.
  • The candidate is responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results.
  • Some travel required. May perform other duties as assigned.
  • This role is ideally suited for an individual who is eager to learn, self directed, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced team-focused environment.

Your Skills & Experiences
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Bar membership in good standing.
  • 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a focus on contract negotiation and commercial transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Proficient with Office365, Excel, PowerPoint, office suite etc.
