This individual will play an essential role in enhancing the overall function of our legal department by providing first-class advice to our team on a variety of legal issues such as corporate law, governance, compliance issues, and contract negotiation.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide professional and strategic legal advice to the senior management team.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of business-related contracts and documents.
- Review ongoing cases and advice on litigation matters.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external legal requirements.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on significant legal developments that might affect the company.

- Proven experience as a Legal Advisor.
