Overview:
We are a plaintiff law firm based in Oakland County, Michigan, seeking an aggressive and experienced litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in handling auto injur, dog bite and premises liability cases and should be passionate about representing injured clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to trial
Conduct all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and appear in court on behalf of clients
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance adjusters
Work closely with other attorneys and staff members to ensure excellent client service

Skills:

3 to 10 years experience handling auto/truck accisenrs, dog bite, and premises liabiiltiy cases
Passionate about representing injured clients, we encourage you to apply

Ability to build rapport with clients
