Overview:Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking litigation Law Clerks for its Portland, Oregon office. The Law Clerk works under the direction of the Partners in preparing matters for hearing, trial, arbitration, or mediation.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be enrolled in law school, in the top 33% of their class, and on a law review or moot court team.
- Must be available to be in office on scheduled days. No remote applications will be accepted.
- Duties and responsibilities include legal research; preparing for, attending and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts and other counsel.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers and other staff.
