Core Job Functions:
- Assist with draft, review, and file of plaintiff personal injury litigation documents, including motions, briefs, affidavits, and memoranda, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court deadlines.
- Conduct targeted legal research related to personal injury law, liability, negligence, and damages, providing clear and timely summaries to attorneys.
- Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing statements, and treatment histories to support case evaluation, demand packages, and trial preparation.
- Summarize depositions, accident reports, and expert materials to assist with liability analysis and litigation strategy.
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and documentation needs and prepare correspondence at attorney direction.
- Manage and track incoming mail, medical records, and case documents to maintain accurate, well-organized case files.
- Assist with all phases of discovery, including drafting discovery responses, managing exhibits, and coordinating deposition scheduling.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in Law School in the Pittsburgh area.
- Advanced/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- Writing skills a plus
- Excellent professional demeanor
- Hybrid policy (50% in-office, 50% remote)
- Minimum commitment of 15-20 hours/week
