Description:
Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll is one of the largest plaintiff-side litigation firms in the country, with more than 100 attorneys working in a variety of practices across eight offices in the United States. We champion the causes of workers, consumers, small business owners, investors, and whistleblowers - working to deliver corporate reforms and fair markets for the common good. Our firm has earned an international reputation by litigating complex, high-stakes cases, many of which have resulted in landmark decisions on previously novel issues involving antitrust, securities, consumer rights, civil rights, employee benefits, human rights, and other far-reaching matters.

Cohen Milstein is seeking a Law Clerk to join our team in its Philadelphia office. This position will support the Whistleblower Practice group on a variety of substantive legal matters and offers valuable hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We are seeking a 3L candidate with excellent academic credentials. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally motivated and possess strong writing and analytical skills. Experience with internet research platforms, including LEXIS/NEXIS and Westlaw, is preferred. We are offering $48.08 per hour and are seeking a commitment of 10–15 hours per week. The position would ideally begin as soon as possible and continue at least through the Spring 2026 semester, with the possibility of extending into the summer if the individual is available.

Our Law Clerks are valued members of our litigation team. In past years, our Law Clerks have drafted portions of appellate briefs, helped prepare for and attended depositions, researched evidentiary issues for trial where the results of their research were used, and worked with co-counsel from other top firms around the country on cases with both national and international implications.
