Description:Individuals who are waiting for bar exam results are designated as Law Clerks until they have been sworn into the Bar.
The Law Clerk position is designed to provide the Summer Law Clerks with a realistic picture of the day to day responsibilities and duties of an Associate Attorney. As part of the program and learning experience, Law Clerks will work on a variety of substantive assignments in numerous practice areas and shadow attorneys at various meetings and proceedings, including interviews, client meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations and trials.
