Part-Time Law Clerk – Personal Injury LitigationThe Accident Guys are an established and growing personal injury law firm representing clients across California.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our Litigation Department on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student or recent law school graduate looking to gain hands-on litigation experience while working alongside experienced personal injury attorneys and legal professionals.
You will play an important role in supporting our litigation team through legal research, drafting, case preparation, discovery, and trial support. This position offers valuable exposure to all phases of the litigation process in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This position is on-site and is not a remote role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents
- Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, discovery, and litigation documents
- Organize exhibits, evidence, briefs, and trial materials
- Assist attorneys with interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery matters
- Gather and analyze information from a variety of sources
- Assist with trial preparation
- Support attorneys during settlement negotiations and case resolution efforts
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent law school graduate
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
- Prior litigation or personal injury experience is preferred but not required
