Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases.
- Draft and prepare legal memoranda, briefs, and motions.
- Assist with case preparation and documentation.
- Communicate effectively in Punjabi, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in immigration law and deportation defense.
- Proven experience or coursework in legal research and writing.
- Proficiency in Punjabi (both reading and writing) is required.
