Law Clerk Intern

Description:

A Government Entity Circuit Court Services is seeking applications for a summer/school year clerkship for the Civil Division. A Law Clerk Intern will work directly for an individual Judge in the Civil Division.

Example of Duties:
Typical duties involve legal research and writing and will require candidates to possess excellent legal research and writing skills. During the academic year these positions entail a maximum of 16 hours/week. They may continue through the summer for a maximum of 32 hours/week.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates must currently be attending law school.
• Candidates with coursework in Law Review or Moot Court will be given preference.
