What You'll Do:
As our Law Clerk, you'll play a key role in working collaboratively with firm attorneys and operational team members in cases representing financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters. You will:
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memorandum to assist senior attorneys.
- Review and analyze case law, statues, and regulations as pertain to assigned practice area(s) and jurisdiction(s).
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
- Provide general legal support and collaborate with support staff.
- Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
What you bring:
- Juris Doctor(JD) in progress or Licensed in Oklahoma
- 0-1 years of experience preferred(all qualified applicants considered)
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
Bonus Qualifications:
Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience
