About the Job:
White and Williams LLP is actively seeking to grow its well-established Construction and Surety practice and welcomes resumes from senior associate candidates and lateral partner candidates. Great opportunity to join a busy team representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, building component manufacturers, lenders, borrowers, architectural and engineering firms and insurance and surety companies in construction/surety-related matters including:
  • construction contract drafting/negotiation,
  • construction management and project administration,
  • construction defect litigation,
  • delay and disruption claims,
  • breach of contract claims,
  • mechanic's lien claims,
  • surety bond claims,
  • surety indemnity claims,
  • and all other forms of construction/surety-related litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.

Ideal partner candidates will have a minimum book of $350K and the ability to take on challenging matters for existing Firm clients. Senior associate candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a construction practice and the ability to manage significant responsibilities across a broad caseload.
