Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified associate to join our Tax Controversy and Litigation team. Candidates must have one-to-three years of tax-controversy experience. They must also have outstanding writing, oral communication, and analytical skills, as well as top academic credentials and an ability and desire to think creatively about interesting, difficult, and often novel problems. The ideal candidate would have some substantive knowledge of international tax and transfer-pricing concepts. The ideal candidate would also have some experience either working for the Internal Revenue Service or Department of Justice or clerking for a federal trial-court or appellate-court judge.The annual compensation range for this position is between $225,000 and $310,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
